How do we work?

Step by step for each service

Excursions, yacht rentals

1. Choose your service and send us your booking request.
Click “Book” or contact us via WhatsApp or email. Send us your preferred date, number of guests, and any other required details
2. We confirm availability
Our manager checks availability with the service provider and confirms the date, time, meeting point, and transfer details with you
3. Pay a 25% deposit
Once availability is confirmed, you pay a 25% deposit to Caribe.in to secure your reservation
4. Receive your booking confirmation
After receiving the deposit, we confirm your reservation and send you your e-ticket / voucher with the booking and payment confirmation
5. Pay the remaining balance
The remaining 75% balance is paid directly to the service provider according to the payment instructions or link provided to you
Important:
The 25% deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled service. If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. The event date can be changed by prior agreement and subject to availability. In case of no-show, the deposit is retained according to the service provider’s policy

Transfer, car rental

1. Choose an offer and send your request
Click “Book” or contact us via WhatsApp/email. Please provide your preferred date, time, and the required details
2. We confirm the details
Our operator confirms the date, time, and pick-up location for your vehicle or transfer, as well as any additional requests and service requirements
3. Pay a $50 deposit
After availability is confirmed, you pay a $50 deposit to Caribe.in to secure your booking
4. Receive your booking confirmation
After receiving the deposit, we confirm your booking and send you a confirmation with the agreed service details
5. Service payment and security deposit
Payment is made when receiving the vehicle or before the transfer begins. For car rental, an additional $300 security deposit is required and is returned after the vehicle is returned, according to the rental terms

3. Pay a 25% deposit
After all details are agreed, you pay a 25% deposit to Caribe.in to secure your date and booking
4. Receive your booking confirmation
After receiving the deposit, we confirm your booking and send you a confirmation with the selected service and agreed terms
5. Pay the remaining 75%
The remaining 75% is paid upon completion of the service
